How we trade with you......

Our term and conditions are simple and straightforward. We aim to offer a wide range of goods on our website, where you can conveniently buy them and confidently pay for them.
For your security we use Paypal for credit card and debit card payments. YOU DO NOT NEED TO SIGN UP FOR A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY BY DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD. We can also accept payment by cheque or money-order but ask you to understand that goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
We dispatch the goods you have ordered to the address you have given us for delivery. We usually use Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch within one working day, but often dispatch same day, depending upon the time you order. Orders over £40.00 are delivered free of charge by 2nd class or parcel post.
Please note that (subject to human error!) our system does not allow us to accept orders and payments for goods we do not have in stock.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return goods to us without quibble provided that they are in the original packing and in a completely resalable condition. If they are faulty we will of course also reimburse you for the return postage, otherwise all we ask is that you pay the return costs.
We have tried hard to ensure that our descriptions and photographs are accurate but please note that it is sometimes difficult to reproduce colours accurately.

However if you wish to telephone we will always be glad to speak with you but ask you to understand that our telephone may not be manned at all times. If you leave a message on our voice mail we will call you back as soon as possible.
